I know you have already got tired of the word yoga. But actually, yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. The beginnings of Yoga were developed by the Indian civilization in Northern India around 5,000 years ago. In the previous classical stage, yoga was a mishmash of various ideas, beliefs, and techniques that often conflicted and contradicted each other. In the late 1800s and early 1900s, yoga masters began to travel to the West, attracting attention and followers. It used to be an It came from far away, but grew its own culture eventually. Right now people from all over the world have considered yoga as a healthy lifestyle.

So, if you are interested in this healthy, elegant lifestyle. There are 10 things you need to know before you get started.

But they are not a game for you to put much strength to them. The key is actually to find the patience to learn the foundational actions and build the strength for these poses.

what you guys normally see the pose pictures on Instagram is not all about yoga. Yoga is actually far beyond that. You have to find your inner peace first, consider it as a way to keep you far away from stress and all the buzz outside of the world.

Get yourself a wearable, comfortable yoga suit. A yoga suit during your yoga practice is really important. It has to be fit, soft, good quality and soft. Because yoga takes a lot of stretch and difficult positions. Make sure you have got the right pair of yoga outfit of your own.
